![]() ![]() ![]() More info.ĬANADA-OCTOBER 20, 2004-Jeffrey Bakker, an open source software programmer, today announced the long awaited release of UMark version 2.0.0 and UMark Online. Each of the demo recordings are for a specific gametype. Introducing the first UT2004 timedemo benchmarking compilation, the UMark Timedemo Bonus package, which includes 9 demo recordings for use with benchmarking UT2004 (retail) in UMark. And yet another year, and I'm still finding ways to improve UMark. Just over a year later, I renamed it to UMark as it now supported the upcoming UT2004, which finally gave it the attention it deserved. Although it was one of the best UT2003 benchmarking programs around, it didn't get as much attention. Two years ago today, I registered a project on SourceForge called ut2k3 botmatch benchmark, and released version 1.0.0 Beta 1 immediately after project approval. While only in beta status, it supports most of the features of its Windows® counterparts. Download it now!Ī working version of UMark for Linux (native) has been released. Testing, bug reports, and/or confirmation it is working are very much needed, as it is currently only tested on the development machine. This release addresses compiler issues and scanning of installed UT200x versions and their proper directories, as well as other, minor improvements. UMark for Linux Beta 2 has been released. There is now a new section of this site that will always have the bleeding edge UMark code, straight off the development machine. Since I have released two beta versions, both of which had some bad errors for some users, that I wasn't aware of.I'm going to start releasing UMark builds in between the regular (official) version releases. This release has many significant changes since the last beta release, listed here. UMark for Linux Beta 3 has been released. We hope this is only temporary, and apologize for the inconvenience. Due to lack of funding and loss of interest, UMark Online is now offline.
